Acceptable place for purely needing a one night place to have a roof overhead. Neither of us slept well at all due to the bed just being pretty lousy comfort wise and had the thinnest sheets imaginable for blankets. We found ants in the room when we woke up which was also pretty gross but thankfully only were here the 1 night. Upon leaving we saw a bottle of Jaeger sitting by the hot tub so guess at least someone from last night was enjoying themselves. Solid 3/5, fine for a 1 night pass through but wouldn't recommend it for comfort or multiple days.

I have not stayed at this hotel. We use it for our employees who work out in the area. Booking hotels every week for our employees you don't always get great customer service. But every single time I call to book rooms for a day or a few weeks the customer service is always on top of their stuff. Since our field has been at the hotel they have never had any problems checking in. The payment process/credit card authorization is smooth and easy and our guys get right into their rooms. They never have any complaints about this hotel. Customer service is great!

It was nice and quiet , in the morning you'll find the breakfast on time with a good coffee fresh and clean place. We enjoyed.

I was pleasantly surprised by the is hotel. It was super clean It had clean rooms, clean outdoor area, clean pool, good breakfast, friendly staff and well priced. You never know what you’re going to get just by the pictures and reviews……this hotel was pretty great. If ever we are ever in Fairfield again, we will definitely be staying here again.

Everything was wonderful. Very clean rooms and comfy beds. The only downfall was the shower water was not hot. Very cool.

Excellent place to stay. The evening guy that checked me in was very professional, friendly and welcoming unlike the lady the following morning, unfortunately. She is why I gave 3 stars for service. However, this is a great place to stay for our road trips to other states that pass through Central Cali so will be back. Great location and nice rooms.

I tell you it is the place to stay off 680/80 connection? If your looking to make a quick stay with a pleasant place and the breakfast ? alone is awesome! Then this is the place to stay? Rather coming from the bay to Sac, or anything in between......this is the piste de resistance! Enough said! Check this hotel out ?

Best Western is by far the best amongst affordable choices from lodging while traveling. Always clean and fresh, customer service impeccable and breakfast included as well!

Rooms are clean and nicely appointed. AC worked well. Fridge had no freezer. Good sized TV, ample plug-ins. Noise was a problem. Seemed to house some long-term guests that were very noisy and road traffic is high. If you don't mind lots of city noise, then you'll be fine, otherwise plan on earplugs. I'd recommend, but advise on the noise.
