5 months agoVery well deserved of 5 ? Thank all of you kindly at Motel 6 in Cordelia. It was a clean room and staffing was going out of their way to accommodate our needs not just the little and big things but even the inconvenient situation of that had occurred throughout our last day Very kind front desk staff and was very helpful tending to my and patient enough when dilemma's started happening in our outings

10 months agoHands down the best motel 6 I have been to thus far….. the customer service is on point very helpful….. and it was pretty quiet as well …. I will be staying here again

12 months agoBooked one night from Booking.Com paid on Booking.Com checked in, gave me a room on the 3rd floor but didn't mention the elevator wasn't working. Went to check out, got my receipt. An hour later I received a notice from my bank that the hotel also charged me, I called and the man insisted he didn't charge me, I explained to him I have a charge from Booking com and Motel 6, hr continued to say he didn't charge me, so I went down there and he still tried to say he didn't charge me. So I disputed the charge with my bank.

12 months agoI have to give it to Pablo, he was able to help me out and provided great customer service. I was in a bind waiting on a deposit from my job, and he didn’t have to wait nor did he have to accommodate me like he did. But he did and made sure to check in with me with the utmost understanding. I am grateful for his hospitality and A1 customer care and support.

about 1 year agoNot for business travelers. Stomping and pounding against the walls at 1 am is the norm here. If you enjoy partying and staying up all night apparently this is the place for you. Don't come here expecting to get sleep. The corner that is pretending to be a suite kitchen has zero room for meal prep. Expect mostly microwaving. Expect your neighbors to stay up till 2 am and get up at 5 am. And don't expect a working elevator. Don't pack heavy!

over 1 year agoPaid for 2 nights left after one. Cockroaches in the room and mold on the ceilings. Walls were absolutely filthy. Would’ve left immediately if had seen the roaches before the middle of the night. Absolutely disgusting
